  • Blair Crosby - fitness coach

    BLAIR CROSBY

    Blair Crosby is a fitness professional with over 15 years of experience in personal training, strength development, and post-rehabilitation exercises. He holds certifications from the BCRPA, CHEK Institute, Kilo Education, and the Canadian Centre for Strength and Conditioning, with additional training in advanced stretching from Kit Laughlin. His professional approach focuses on science-backed methods, movement efficiency, and long-term progress to help clients build strength, improve body composition, and recover from injuries.

    As the owner of Carbon Fitness, Blair’s vision is to provide Fernie’s premier strength training facility, offering high-quality equipment, expert coaching, and a supportive community. Whether training athletes or everyday gym-goers, he is committed to helping individuals unlock their full potential and develop lifelong strength.

  • Sarah-Beth Plishka - fitness coach

    SARAH-BETH Plishka

    Originally from Calgary where she graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Sarah-Beth has a strong back round in sports and fitness. She grew up playing softball, curling, and volleyball, competing for 5 years on the University of Calgary Dinos Softball team.

    After a brief 4 years living in Perth, Australia, where she taught fitness classes including F45, female-only groups and 1-on-1 sessions, she now calls Fernie home.

    She loves working with athletes, former athletes, beginners, and those looking to build strength to continue doing the sports and activities they love without limitations.
